Processing times

Orders are usually packed and sent within 2–5 working days.

During busy periods, public holidays, or unexpected delays, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

New Zealand shipping

We ship within New Zealand using tracked delivery where practical.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

International shipping

International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the country and carrier.

Estimated delivery times are a guide only and may vary depending on postal or courier services.

Essences of D’Light is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, postal services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect shipping details

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at Info@essencesofdlight.co.nz . If your order has not yet been sent, we may be able to update the address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it appears to be missing, please contact us at Info@essencesofdlight.co.nz with your order number and any relevant details.

We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
