Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Essences of D’Light purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, faulty, defective, or if you have received the wrong item.

Please email us at Info@essencesofdlight.co.nz with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant. We will assess the situation and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, repair, refund or store credit, in line with our obligations under New Zealand consumer law.

Change of mind

We do not usually offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, please contact us promptly at Info@essencesofdlight.co.nz . If your order has not yet been packed or sent, we may be able to help change your order.

Returns

Because our products include vibrational essences and other personal-use items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used essence bottles.

Books, cards and unopened items may be considered for return at our discretion, provided they are unused, in original condition and returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. This does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law if an item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will process it back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
