The ‘Essence of Essences’ Training Course

Join Donna Flavell in this hands-on course to learn the art of crafting healing essences and deepen your connection with nature’s transformative power.

Over four weeks, you’ll explore the realms of plant, mineral, ocean, and colour essences. Each week, you will prepare and distill your own personal essence, learning how to honour and protect the mauri of the resources you gather.

You’ll be guided in the interconnectedness of land, sea, plants, minerals, and animals — and how each holds its own life force and spirit. This hands-on experience will deepen your relationship with nature and yourself.
